RECIPE

Shahi
Garam Masala:
Heat the Ghee (60g) in a Handi, add Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and fry till golden brown. Add Onions (100g), 2-3 green Chillies. Add the NAVRATHA Gram Masala 11/2 tbsp, Turmeric, taste to salt & stir for 2-3 mins. Add the chopped(Potatoes, Cauliflower & simmer for 10-12 mins. Add the Tomatoes & fresh Coconut. Mix all this with well & stir for 2-3 mins garnish with Coriander 1 tbsp & serve hot.

(Garam Masala can use in Dal, Samosa, Potato Vada, Usal, Kachori, Misal, Pattice, Patra & all types of Farsans taste best with Navratha Garam Masala Powder.)

RECIPE

Aloo Chat Masala
Mix Paneer 150g, grated with 1 tbsp Sugar. Arrange 6 Pineapple rings in a dish place the paneer pugar mixture in the centre of the ring and press down. Sprinkle with NAVRATHA chat Masala. Refrigerate serve cold. Most Fruit chats, aloo chats, salads, sprouted beans, sandwichies, Tandoori prepatations, Panjadi preparations, Fruit juices, Dahi Vadas and other snacks taste best With a sprinkle of Navratha Chat Masala.

RECIPE

Pulav / Biryani Masala
Per boil 2-Cup Basmati rice. Cook them in 4 cup of water. Heat the Ghee (80g) in a pan, add Onoions 2 cup and fry till golden brown. Add the ginger & garlic 20 g and stir for 2-3 mins. Add the turmeric, salt & NAVRATHA Pulav Masala 1 1/2 tbsp, tomatoes 80g bhunao until the ghee leaves the masala roast. Add 300g boiled vegetables, cauliflower, green peas, carrot, chhilies. Mix all this with well. cashewunt sprinkled and serve hot with raita.

RECIPE

Tea Masala Powder
To get the best flavour & taste, add NAVRATHA Tea Masala while you boil Water to make tea. 2 cup of tea, 1/4 tbsp of Navratha Tea Masala will suffice. Navratha Tea Masala can also be used to make' ukala. Ukala is a hot brew of Milk, Water, Sugar and a pinch of NAVRTHA Tea Masala ukala is ideal for those who need to take Milk but do not like it plain Milk.
